Great story on Cape Cod Times Online (Vets Raise the Roof) by a staff writer & Post member, Solon. A small thank you party is planned in the future. Dec. 7th was Pearl Harbor Day and there was no ceremony at Yarmouth Town Hall but there was a wreath cast into the water in memory, 15 members were present.

About Cape Cod Post 333

We are a very active and growing post of around 100 veterans and servicemen who meet the first Wednesday of each month at 7pm in O'Shea's Inn in Dennis. We encourage new members to join now

The Mission

AMVETS is dedicated and active in helping veterans, armed forces members and their families. We follow changes in benefits and inform all our families and friends of what's happening to veterans. Our post often provides personal services, support and funding to those in need.

CHILI FEST APPLICATION

Our 6^th Annual Chili Fest will be held Feb. 14^th at the Cape Cod Irish Village from 1-5PM. There is no cost to enter, we recommend 2-4 gallons of chili. Entrants must supply their own condiments and utensils. Electric outlets will be available. The Village will be open around Noon to set-up and heat the chili. We recommend you heat your chili before coming. Trophies will be awarded to winners of various categories. Tables will assigned on a first applied basis. Space is limited!
